3. Content produced with artificial intelligence
Educational materials and some informational content on the Service may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence systems (including generative models), together with human oversight, editing, and quality-control procedures applied by the Provider.
This information is provided for transparency, including in light of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 June 2024 laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence (the “AI Act”) and consumer-protection standards in the European Union. By purchasing access to a Course you receive digital training content — it does not constitute individual legal, medical, tax, or financial advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional.
Content may contain inaccuracies or become outdated as technology evolves; you should independently verify information that matters for your decisions. How personal data are processed, including in connection with digital tools, is described in the privacy policy.

Registration
Registration is free. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to protect login credentials.
Use of the account
One Account may be used only by one person.
Sharing the Account with third parties is prohibited.
5. Purchases and payments
Contract and payment operator
The contract for sale of access to a Course is concluded between the User and the Provider. Payments are processed by an external operator (Stripe).
Available methods may include payment cards, BLIK, Przelewy24 — depending on payment configuration.
Prices and invoices
Prices shown in the Service are gross prices (including VAT).
An invoice is issued on request in accordance with applicable law.
Access to the Course
Access to a purchased Course is usually granted after payment is confirmed.
Technical details of payment confirmation follow from the process handled by the payment operator and the Service systems.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 38(13) of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights, if the consumer has consented to performance before the withdrawal period expires and has been informed of the loss of the right to withdraw, that right expires once supply of the digital content has begun.
By purchasing, the User confirms awareness of this effect, including by ticking the relevant consents in the order process.
7. Complaints and refunds
Complaints may be submitted electronically via the contact form.
A complaint will be handled within the time limit set by applicable law (as a rule, within 14 business days).
Where justified, a refund policy described for a given product or in correspondence with support may apply — without prejudice to mandatory provisions of law.
8. Copyright
Materials made available in the Service (text, graphics, recordings, code excerpts) are protected by copyright and may be subject to licences set by the Provider or partners.
Copying, distributing or reselling course materials without permission is prohibited unless law or licence provides otherwise.
9. Liability
The Provider strives to keep materials accurate and up to date.
The Provider is not liable for business or career decisions taken solely on the basis of educational content.
The Service may require technical downtime; uninterrupted error-free operation is not guaranteed.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms. Users will be informed of material changes in a manner appropriate to the Service (e.g. notice in the Service or email), with reasonable advance notice where required by law.
