  • Card limit and online payments enabled,
  • Correct card data and 3D Secure,
  • Bank not blocking international transactions.

Charged but no access

Wait 15–30 minutes. If still missing, contact support with attempt time and last card digits only.

Double charge

Report immediately with Stripe session / order reference if available.
