Payment provider
Online payments are processed by Stripe (and related methods such as local providers where enabled). We do not store full card data on our servers.
After payment
- Stripe confirms the transaction.
- Your course access is granted.
- The course appears under My learning.
Bank verification can occasionally delay access by several minutes.
Invoice
Check purchases / orders in your account or confirmation email.
Security
Never share full card details by chat or email. Support will not ask for them.
